Custom orders (custom lengths or any other special order) may take up to 3 weeks to create.

We wrap, box and ship UPS Ground (unless you indicate otherwise).

UPS will only deliver to a street address; thus, if you submit a PO box as your shipping addres, we will ship your order via US Postal Insured Mail instead of via UPS.

All UPS Next Day Orders will be shipped out by the day after we receive the order unless we notify you otherwise.

All orders received on Sunday afternoon or Monday will be shipped out Monday, unless there is a holiday in which UPS is closed.

For all orders under 2 pounds, shipping/handling is $8.95 per address (not including insurance).

Exchange Policy:

No Returns. Exchange only. All jewelry is held to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Orders are put through multiple quality checks and careful packaging prior to shipping. Gold Label by Tina Tang will accept items for exchange within 14 days of the package arrival date and only if the item has passed our inspection process. We do not issue exchanges for items that have been damaged through neglect or mishandling after it leaves our premises. For quality assurance all diamond items in need of exchange must pass our inspection process conducted by a GIA certified diamond appraiser in order to be eligible for exchange. All items must pass our inspection process to be eligible for exchange. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if we believe the item has been improperly handled.

Repairs

We will repair your items FREE of CHARGE for your first 30 days of ownership.
